One way to fill a mastermind is to invite people to a free intimate event and ideally it’s in person (Jay holds them at his house).
Hand select the people you want to invite, and be fully committed to providing top-notch value in that event. Give each person the opportunity to be the center of a mastermind.
Once you’ve decided which people are truly a fit for your mastermind, invite them into a more 1-1 of scenario — coffee, dinner, wine…something personal. Then invite them and talk about how you see value for them and yourself being in a mastermind together.
If they still seem like a fit, then send them an application to just to be sure.
The goal is to create a substantial and meaningful contribution to their lives — whether or not they join your mastermind.
