Live Your Passion – Practice
The first step is practicing because when we practice every single day doing what we love, we set ourselves up for always doing what we love. To live your passion takes practice.
Now, if you make choices everyday that make your mind feel clear when you think about choice and your emotions calm down and you feel filled with joy, then you know you’re on the right track to making choices that you absolutely love to do that helps you live your passion.
Live Your Passion By Feeling The Joy
Now, how do you connect with what you absolutely want to do? Well, I invite you to reflect on a time where you felt filled with joy. Remember a time in your life where you felt filled up. One of the happiest times of your life, what were you doing?
It may not be the exact thing that you need to be doing now but what were the principles? Maybe it was because you were out in nature or maybe it was because you were spending quality time with people. Think about the simple principles that you are applying in that time of your life.
Find Your Gifts And Live Your Passion
Another really important aspect of this is to look at what your skillset is. What are the things that come naturally to you? Things that you may not even see as something that you’re gifted at because it’s so natural to you. Maybe you’re just naturally gifted at cooking and you don’t even really realize it’s one of your gifts because it’s so easy for you.
Now, these are the things to look at and watch out for when trying to find the thing that you absolutely love to do and helps you live your passion.
The way the I’ve been able to apply this is I’m really good at organizing information and I’ve found that I’m really excellent at creating courses and helping people put those courses together and launch those courses online.
So for me, that is my deepest passion. That is something that comes super easy to me and it’s something that I absolutely love to do. So look for the things that you’re absolutely joyful about.
