Action Plan
Think about all your gifts, skills, trainings, and triumphs and incorporate all the colorful aspects of yourself into a course. This way, even things about you that seem unrelated to your business can pique your market’s interest.
It helps if you record these thoughts into the same journal you used for the previous step.

- What is the main problem your course will solve?
- What are the steps to solve that problem?
- What are 4-6 smaller problems that your audience experiences as a result of their most urgent problem? (These will shape how you present the modules of your course.)

Okay so here’s the kicker…

The first time I created a course, it took me a year to build it, and then another year of trying to sell it until I realized that NO ONE WANTED IT!

Go through the steps above. Then take your top course ideas and create a survey asking your audience which courses they want you to create, why they want them, and how much they’re willing to spend on them.
